1/2tsSalt
4tbSugar
1cButter
2 1/2cSugar
4tbFlour
2/3cCoffee cream
5 Egg yolks
4 1/2cRhubarb, diced

Combine 2 cups flour, salt, 4 T sugar and butter. Pat into 9x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350-degrees. Combine rest of sugar, flour, coffee cream and egg yolks and beat well. Add rhubarb and cook 5 minutes until thick. Pour over mixture in pan. Top with meringue.
